How does it work?

1. Collection: We pick up your stock directly from your stores or distribution centres using our ultra-low or zero-emission vans.
2. Warehouse & Sorting: Stock is processed by CTR Group at dedicated, tech-enabled stock management warehouses throughout the UK.
3. UK Charity and Global Resale Supply Chain: Competitive % of RRP is paid for stock with secondary resale markets, including the UK charity sector and overseas distributors.
4. Recycling: Goods not suitable for resale are recycled or securely shredded at processors in the UK.
5. Reporting: View all reuse, recycling data and documentation after collection via the First Mile Data Studio
